$155 per initial intake assessment

I do not accept insurance other than Lyra EAP. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. You may be able to get reimbursed by your plan at a rate similar to your in-network copayment.  Please feel free to ask me if you would like assistance exploring this.

 

Please note that my cancellation policy requires that you call me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.  Cancellations made closer to your appointment time and no-shows will be charged the full session rate and must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
